Once you’ve filled out and mailed the registration form with check or money order, see below for all the information forms that you may need.

U.S. residents: mailing to Canada currently requires 75¢ postage.

Camp costs include lodging, all meals (vegetarian and non-vegetarian), swimming, canoeing, and workshops.

The price for Women’s Camp is based on a sliding scale of CAD $880-750 , or equivalent in USD (Conversion) Pay what you can within these amounts.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available.

Deadline for cancellation is July 31, 2010 (further details in Camp Brochure).

Help keep this incredible camp thriving! Your fee covers basic operating costs. Any more that you are able to send ($1 – $1000) ensures the continuity and affordability of camp.

Following are all the info sheets you may need; just download, fill out relevant forms, and mail or email them back to us; addresses are given in each form.

FORMS AND INFORMATION SHEETS:

All Campers will need the following:

  1. Information and Checklist  (also called the ‘welcome letter’ this is the  information about what you will need at camp). Keep this to help you prepare and pack for Camp.
  2. Cabin Placement form (helps us place you in the right housing for your needs). Please return this form to Joy Faigh at the address provided, or use the online version here.

You may also need one or more of the following forms as well:

NOTE: If you have questions about these forms, you will probably find the answers by reading the form itself.

  1. Driving directions and map (to help you find Lake Cowichan Education Centre)
  2. Scholarship form  (if you are applying for financial assistance to attend Camp). (Note that deadline for emailing or mailing this to us is June 17.)
  3. Fee for service form (if would like to offer a service during Camp and be paid for it. Be sure to read the instructions carefully).
  4. Marketplace form (if you would like to sell items during our Marketplace).
  5. Camper elective form  (if you want to offer a Camper Elective during Camp).

 If you are coming from the United States, You will need a valid passport to go back & forth across the border or an enhanced driver’s license.
